Freedom of Information Act
The City of Highland has designated Lana Hediger as Freedom on Information Officer at City Hall, and Lisa Schoeck as Alternate Freedom of Information Officer at City Hall.

The City of Highland has designated Jackie Kutz as Freedom of Information Officer at the Police Department, and Chief Terry Bell is designated the Alternate Freedom of Information Officer at the Police Department.
