Officer Randy Riggs

Officer Randy Riggs is the School Resource Officer for Highland Community School District Number 5. The school resource officer is a full time position. The officer serves as a liaison between school officials and the police department. In addition to his duties as School Resource Officer, Officer Riggs also teaches DARE at the 6^th grade level.
