	City of Highland Due to construction on the Hemlock Street Extension Project, on November 4th, 2008, there will be lane restrictions on Sportsman Road during the daytime hours. The road will remain open with traffic flow being directed by flaggers. Please use caution in the area to keep the workers safe. Thank you.
